The biggest mistake most entrepreneurs make is spending months or years building something that nobody actually wants. I’ve made that mistake before, and that’s what led me to lean startup, a method for avoiding this critical mistake and learning what customers want, faster and more efficiently.
In the years since I started practicing lean startup, dozens of groups, from TechStars to the White House, have invited me to teach workshops and give lectures on using lean startup to start new ventures faster and with a higher success rate.
Learning this method is better than working on your product for 2 years only to fail when no one buys it, but I know not every entrepreneur has the resources to spend thousands of dollars and several days attending a workshop, or the time to spend weeks reading books and attending lectures.
That’s why I am making a crash course video that will cover everything you need to know to avoid this huge mistake, in less time that you think.
In coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs, I have developed tactics for distilling the basic lean startup concepts down to their essence, and have collected examples and metaphors that make it easier to grasp quickly, and I’ll use all of those in this video.
You’re going to want to watch it if you’re a first time entrepreneur, a recent college grad interested in startups, or have dreams about starting your own business.
Add yourself to our mailing list below, and I’ll let you know when the video is available.
